1. Information We Collect

• Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address and name (via Google OAuth or email/password).
• Ad Creative Images: Images you upload for analysis are stored securely in DigitalOcean Spaces. They are used solely to generate saliency analysis and are not shared with third parties.
• Usage Data: We record scan counts, campaign names, and scan results (scores, recommendations) tied to your account.
• Payment Information: We do not store your card details. Payments are processed by Razorpay under its own privacy policy. We receive only a payment confirmation.
• Log Data: Our servers may automatically log your IP address, browser type, and pages visited for security and debugging purposes.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide the heatmap analysis and AI recommendation service.
• To manage your subscription and billing via Razorpay.
• To send transactional emails (account confirmation, billing receipts).
• To improve our models and product features in aggregate, anonymized form.
• To respond to support inquiries sent via the Contact form.

3. Payments & Razorpay

GazeIQ uses Razorpay for subscription billing. When you upgrade:

• You are redirected to Razorpay's PCI-DSS compliant checkout. Card details are never transmitted to or stored by GazeIQ.
• We receive a payment confirmation to activate your plan.
• Razorpay's privacy policy governs the data it collects: razorpay.com/privacy.

4. Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored on DigitalOcean servers. We use TLS/HTTPS for data in transit and encrypted storage at rest. Uploaded images are stored in private buckets, accessible only via time-limited signed URLs. We retain scan images for 90 days.

5. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth — for sign-in. Google's privacy policy applies.
• Razorpay — for payment processing.
• DigitalOcean — for cloud infrastructure and image storage.

We do not sell or share your personal data with advertising networks or data brokers.

6. Cookies

We use session cookies to keep you signed in. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Disabling cookies will prevent you from logging in.

7. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Request correction of inaccurate data.
• Request deletion of your account and associated data.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Data portability (receive your data in a structured format).

8. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we purge your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

GazeIQ is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
